Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are practical, competitive, and add significant value to the client s operations. The architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall approach and ensuring that the proposed solutions are feasible and strategically sound.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance solution effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITSM with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
