Job Description       We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Execution Manager with strong hands-on technical expertise and proven management skills to lead HVAC, Cleanroom, MEP and Industrial Projects.

The candidate should have practical experience in site execution, installation, team management, contractor coordination and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities·        Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC and cleanroom projects, from planning to commissioning.

·        Supervise HVAC ducting, cleanroom paneling, AHU assembly and installation, chillers and piping works.

·        Handle Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination at project sites.

·        Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.

·        Plan manpower, materials, equipment and daily site activities according to project schedules.

·        Review engineering drawings, BOQs and site requirements.

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal engineering teams.

·        Monitor project progress, quality, safety and costs.

·        Troubleshoot technical and site-related issues.

·        Oversee testing, balancing, commissioning and final project handover.

Required Skills & Experience·        8–10 years of experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, Industrial or Pharmaceutical Projects.

·        Strong hands-on experience in ducting, cleanroom panels, AHU assembly and installation, chillers and piping works.

·        Proven experience in site execution, manpower and contractor management.

·        Good understanding of HVAC and MEP drawings, installation procedures and quality standards.

·        Ability to independently manage multiple project sites and meet deadlines.

·        Strong leadership, planning, communication and client coordination skills.

·        Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
