Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Training Manager to manage and support training initiatives across multiple brands and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Learning & Development, employee training, product knowledge, customer service, training MIS, and performance reporting. The role requires a hands-on professional who can deliver effective training programs, monitor training effectiveness, and enhance customer experience through structured learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

Plan and deliver new-hire training programs across assigned brands.

Organize product training in coordination with relevant teams.

Conduct customer service and customer experience training.

Support employee grooming, career development, and capability-building initiatives.

Assist senior training managers in planning and executing training programs.

Conduct virtual and classroom training sessions as required.

Coordinate with store teams to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives.

2. Training MIS & Reporting

Maintain and manage training MIS for assigned brands.

Ensure accurate recording and tracking of training data.

Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

Monitor training participation, completion, and effectiveness.

Identify training gaps and recommend improvements.

3. Customer Experience & Audits

Monitor adherence to customer service standards.

Conduct periodic customer experience audits.

Coordinate with mystery audit agencies for store evaluations.

Prepare and analyse store audit reports.

Review customer feedback from internal and external platforms.

Identify customer experience gaps and support corrective action plans.

4. Learning Content & Digital Training

Develop and update training content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Prepare engaging learning materials for training sessions.

Ensure training content aligns with business requirements.

Support digital learning initiatives and the adoption of online training tools.

Candidate Requirements

6–8 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development.

Graduation is mandatory.

Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or BPO is highly preferred.

Experience in new-hire training, product training, and customer service training.

Hands-on experience in training MIS, reporting, and data analysis.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Experience with customer experience audits or mystery audits is preferred.

Exposure to LMS and digital learning platforms is an advantage.

Ability to work from the office in Jaipur.

Immediate joiners preferred.
