Job Title: International BPO Executive – Voice & Chat Support

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹27,000–₹35,000 CTC per month

Qualification: Undergraduate and Graduate Both Can Apply

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Department: Customer Support / International BPO

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shifts)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for Voice Process Executive and Chat Support Executive positions in an International BPO process in Jaipur.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice calls or chat.
  • Provide professional customer support and resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with international customers.
  • Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Required SkillsExcellent English communication skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur.
