Job Description

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills for managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.
  • Lead Generation and Sales skills for identifying opportunities, converting leads, and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using telecalling tools or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Prior telesales or inside sales experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site in Rajkot and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
