Job Description
P𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: HR Executive (From digital marketing ; IT background)
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2–4 Years
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: 10AM-7PM
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Webel More, Salt Lake, Sector-5 (on-Site)
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and reportingSupport employee engagement initiatives
Handle general HR administrative tasks
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
