HR Recruiter

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to lead bulk hiring and onboarding for our dark stores and fulfillment centers. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the continuous pipeline, selection, and immediate placement of blue-collar frontline workers, including Pickers, Packers, Loaders, and Unloaders, ensuring our ultra-fast delivery SLA targets are never compromised. Key Responsibilities

• Mass & Bulk Recruitment: Source blue-collar candidates continuously using local networks, job portals, social media platforms (WhatsApp groups, Facebook Jobs), and local labor consultants.
• Field Sourcing: Conduct open-mic hiring drives, canopy activations, and gate hiring directly at dark stores or nearby residential pockets.
• Screening & Selection: Evaluate candidates based on basic physical stamina, age criteria (typically 18–30 years), literacy for smartphone usage, and document validity. [
• Spot Joining & Onboarding: Manage immediate, same-day joining processes, including digital document collection (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details) and profile creation in the HRMS system.
• Shift Allocation: Coordinate with Dark Store Managers to allocate workers across morning, afternoon, and night shifts based on real-time order volume demand.
• Retention & Attrition Management: Conduct floor visits, address worker grievances regarding attendance bonuses or incentives, and minimize the high attrition rates typical in quick commerce. ]
• Vendor Management: Liaison with third-party manpower staffing agencies to fulfill sudden spikes in workforce demand during festival seasons or sale days.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Blue-Collar Hiring Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in mass recruitment for E-commerce, Q-Commerce, Warehousing, Logistics, or Retail industries.
• Local Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local regional language is mandatory to effectively communicate with and convince frontline workers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing basic Excel, WhatsApp Business, and standard mobile onboarding applications.
• Speed & Agility: Ability to thrive under high pressure with daily, aggressive closing targets (e.g., hiring 20–30 resources weekly).
• Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree in any stream (Human Resources specialization is a plus).
