Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer, vehicle, and device records.
  • Perform data entry and update MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with field teams and customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage documentation, invoices, and project records.
  • Track installations, complaints, and service requests.
  • Support billing and operational activities.
