Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leaves, late coming, and employee queries.
- Prepare and maintain HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
- Assist in joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
