Job Description
Company: Shiva Polyfab – Manufacturer of BOPP and Non-Woven Laminated Bags
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office-based)
Experience: 2 years ( Experienced only )
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
About Us
Shiva Polyfab is a growing manufacturer of BOPP laminated and non-woven shopping bags. We supply retailers, brands and distributors across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to retailers, garment stores, distributors and businesses
- Follow up on leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, IndiaMART and the website
- Explain products, sizes, printing options and pricing to customers
- Share quotations and samples, and follow up until the order is closed
- Record every call and lead in the CRM
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to get repeat orders
- Meet daily calling and monthly conversion targets
Requirements
- Good communication in Hindi and Punjabi, with working English
- Confident and persuasive on the phone
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in telecalling or B2B sales is a plus
- Minimum qualification: ( Graduate preferred )
