Job Description

Office Location: Goregaon East

Salary as per Interview: 18k to 25k


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, ApnaJobs, and other platforms.
  2. Recruit for BFSI roles such as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Credit Manager, Loan Officer, Sales Officer, Financial Analyst, Insurance Advisor, and Operations Executive.
  3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  4. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients.
  5. Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, and joining.
  6. Maintain recruitment trackers and build a strong BFSI candidate pipeline.


Requirement:

  2. Prior relevant work experience of BFSI hiring
