Videographer

•     Plan and execute video and photo shoots across restaurant locations, covering ambience, food, beverages, and guest experience.

•     Capture high-quality images and videos of menus during menu reengineering and menu relaunch projects, in coordination with the culinary and marketing teams.

•     Cover live events end-to-end — including brand activations, food festivals, influencer events, and in-restaurant promotions — capturing key moments as they happen.

•     Document new restaurant launches, including pre-launch buildout, opening day, and early operations, for use in marketing and PR.

•     Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and marketing teams to plan shoot schedules, shot lists, and content briefs aligned to campaign goals.

•     Set up lighting, camera equipment, and staging for food, interior, and portrait shots to ensure consistent, brand-appropriate visual quality.

•     Edit and color-grade video footage and retouch photographs for use across social media, websites, delivery platforms, and internal presentations.

•     Maintain an organized and well-tagged archive of raw and edited footage/images for easy retrieval and reuse.

•     Stay current with food photography/videography trends, reels/short-form video formats, and platform-specific content requirements (Instagram, YouTube, delivery apps, etc.).

•     Manage and maintain camera, lighting, audio, and stabilization equipment (gimbals, drones if applicable).

•     Work within project timelines, often across multiple outlets and multiple menu/launch projects running in parallel.

Required Skills &

Experience•     2–5 years of experience as a videographer/photographer, with demonstrable work in the food, restaurant, or hospitality space.

•     Proven experience shooting menu and food imagery for print/digital menus, and comfort working closely with chefs during styling and plating.

•     Hands-on experience covering live events, with the ability to anticipate moments and shoot candidly under time pressure.

•     Strong command of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups (softboxes, continuous/strobe lighting), and audio capture for video.

•     Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

•     Understanding of composition, color theory, and food styling principles.

•     Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, and travel across outlets for shoots and launches.

•     Strong time management skills to handle multiple restaurant brands/projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Good to Have•     Experience working with multiple restaurant brands or a multi-unit F&B group.

•     Basic drone operation skills/certification for aerial event or restaurant exterior shots.

•     Working knowledge of social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and platform algorithms.

•     A portfolio or reel showcasing food/menu photography and event video coverage.

•     Should have own gadgets
