Job Description: In-Store Sales Executive (Mobiles)
Jamsons – Mobile Retail Stores, Goa
Locations: Mapusa | Porvorim | Panjim | Vasco | Ponda | Margao

Jamsons is one of Goa’s most trusted names in mobile and electronics retail, with more than 25 years in the business and 12+ stores across the state. We sell leading brands including Samsung, Apple, Vivo, OPPO, Dell and Lenovo.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers in our store. You will help them choose the right phone and accessories, and make sure they leave happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs
- Demonstrate and sell mobiles, accessories and value-added services (insurance, extended warranty, protection plans)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote exchange, buyback and finance (EMI) offers
- Keep displays clean, stocked and well-arranged
- Record every customer enquiry and follow up for conversion
- Handle billing support, product activation and basic after-sales queries
Who We’re Looking For
- 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
- 0–3 years of retail sales experience (freshers with a passion for mobiles are welcome)
- Good communication in English and Konkani/Hindi
- Smart, customer-friendly and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and the latest trends

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
