Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, packing lists & dispatch documents
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality & Logistics teams
• Coordinate with transporters and track deliveries
• Maintain dispatch records and status reports
• Verify material and documentation before dispatch
• Update ERP/MIS records
