Job Description

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan EMIs, following up on pending payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues. Candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience in debt recovery and a valid DRA certificate are preferred/required as per company policy.
