Role Overview: The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the service center. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from appointment booking to post-service follow-up.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Greet walk-in customers and guide them to the appropriate service representative.
• Share service reminders, offers, and soft product details with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in coordination with the service team.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Service Manager.
• Maintain customer records and service follow-up details in the system.
• Promote accessories, AMC, and other soft products during interactions.
• Support the Service Marketing Executive (SME) team in achieving monthly targets.
• Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer handling and CRM software preferred.
• Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (preferred: Marketing / Customer Service).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and customer orientation are welcome.
