Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Maintain Register & monitor Reception Area.
  2. Handle and communicate through phone calls and emails.
  3. Handle clients and visitors.
  4. Assisting with day to day operations of the Back Office Operation duties
  5. Operational duties includes back office work of Finer & Karm Charitable Trust.
  6. Overall administration work to look after of Branch office.
  7. Follow up with IT Team regarding Technology updations
  8. Telecalling for various campaigns.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

o  Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

o  Must have good communication skills.

o  Minimum Graduation required
