Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Account Executive to support our accounts and finance team. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, payment tracking and financial record keeping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare and check sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Record receipts, payments, debit notes and credit notes.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Verify bills, invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with bank-related transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
• Assist the senior accountant with monthly closing and reports.
• Prepare basic MIS and Excel reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers regarding billing and payments.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred CandidateFreshers with relevant qualification may apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting/accounts executive roles.
• Candidates who are organized, willing to learn and comfortable working with Excel and accounting software.
