BLG - Business Solution Manager - Emerging Enterprise Group (EEG)| Vijayawada East

To drive business growth within the Emerging Enterprise Group by identifying client needs, delivering customized banking and financial solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve portfolio growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Manage existing relationship of EEG Customers
• Managing especially high value clients and ensure stickiness over a Revenue generation target (2-2.5% of disbursement)
• Increase the asset book & fee income through higher processing fees & enhanced product offerings
• Leverage branch networks and other channels to source new business.
  Increase penetration of self-funding products and create connections with industry associations to ensure sustained business flow.
• Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maintain strong, lasting relationships, longer period of time through enhanced engagement
• Acquire new relationship in the defined business segment
• To increase/maximize revenue of Bank
• Increase fee income and wallet share through cross-selling of Trade Finance, Forex, Insurance, Liability Products, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Leverage branch and other channels to increase business sourcing
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to the Bank's credit, compliance, and risk management guidelines.

Experience: 5 years to 20 years

Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate
