Visa Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide accurate information on study, tourist, visitor, and work visas, and ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to visa filing.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding visa options and eligibility.
• Handle inquiries related to study, tourist, visitor, work, and PR visas.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Keep up to date with immigration policies and visa regulations.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in the immigration/education industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
