Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education and visa application process, with a primary focus on Australia Study Visas. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, assessing their profiles, recommending suitable courses/institutions, and assisting them throughout the application process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding Australia study visa opportunities, courses, universities, colleges, and intakes.
• Assess students' academic, financial, and English-language profiles.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable study options.
• Explain admission requirements, visa requirements, documentation, fees, and application procedures.
• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications.
• Coordinate with admission and documentation teams for timely processing of applications.
• Assist students in preparing and organizing required documents.
• Guide students regarding SOP/Genuine Student requirements, financial documents, and visa documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Keep updated with changes in Australian education and visa requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and ensure a positive client experience.
• Meet assigned monthly counselling and client-conversion targets.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling/overseas education consultancy preferred.
• Good knowledge of Australian education and study visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple students and applications simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi would be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
• Performance ExpectationsGenerate and follow up on student leads.
• Convert eligible enquiries into applications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets, including the company's target of at least 2 clients, where applicable.
