He should have Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites.
Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition.
Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization.
Ensure materials purchased are according with company requirement.
Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
Assist in evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Purchase Department.
Experience in real estate would be preferred.
Age Group = 31 yrs to 35 yrs.
Salary = 20000 to 23000
Proficient in English will be give an extra efficient.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, creative and resourceful.
Initiative and possesses drive, work well under pressure to meet fast changing requirements and expectations
Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,980.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
