Floor Supervisor - Fulfillment Operations

Location: Andheri Warehouse

Reports To: Assistant Manager - Operations

Role Purpose

Own shift execution for gifting and bulk order fulfillment by leading manpower, productivity, quality, and dispatch readiness. Ensure every order is fulfilled accurately, on time, and to Bombay Sweet Shop's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor execution across picking, packing, QC, personalization and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and balance workloads across stations.
• Monitor hourly productivity and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure order accuracy and packaging quality before dispatch.
• Coordinate dispatch readiness with Logistics.
• Conduct shift briefings and maintain discipline and SOP compliance.
• Support inventory counts and housekeeping standards.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing or ecommerce operations.
• Experience supervising 10-25 team members.
• Strong execution, planning and people management skills.
• Comfortable working in high-volume seasonal operations.

Senior Team Member - Fulfillment Operations

Reports To : Assistant Manager – Operations

Role Purpose

Serve as the lead operator on the fulfillment floor by executing complex orders, maintaining quality standards, and coaching team members while supporting the floor supervisor in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, QC and dispatch activities.
• Handle premium and high-value gifting orders.
• Train and coach new team members.
• Support the supervisor during peak operations.
• Perform final quality verification before dispatch.
• Assist with inventory counts and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years in fulfillment, warehouse or production operations.
• Strong process knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
