**Job Description:**
We are seeking one dynamic individual to join our team as Office Administrators. This role offers flexible hours from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, starting, and ending between 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday for one role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to support various administrative tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office suite to create, edit, and manage documents efficiently.
- Handle communication effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth functioning.
- Possess knowledge of BUSY accounting software.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required by the management team.
- Maintain records accurately and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare TDS, GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9 and kind of gst returns.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with BUSY accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
