Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Study Abroad will support branch operations, manage admissions processes, oversee team performance, and ensure high-quality student counselling and service delivery. The role involves coordination between students, counsellors, universities, and internal teams to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Student Admissions & Counselling
Guide students through the complete study abroad process: counselling, course selection, university shortlisting, applications, and enrolments
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications
Handle escalated student queries and provide solution-oriented support

Team Management
Supervise counsellors / executives and monitor daily productivity
Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure conversion targets are met
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions

Operations & Process Management
Ensure adherence to Vibedu’s SOPs and compliance standards
Maintain accurate records in CRM / Zoho systems
Coordinate with visa teams, documentation teams, and partner universities

Business & Revenue Support
Support branch targets for applications, offers, deposits, and enrolments
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, seminars, and events
Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with university partners, internal departments, and vendors
Ensure professional communication with students, parents, and partners


Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of study abroad admissions processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe preferred)
Leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and counselling abilities
