Job Description Role: Tele-Caller cum Sales Executive
 Department: Franchise Development
 Location: Nehru Nagar, Bhilai (Head Office)
 Industry Type: Food & Beverage / QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
 Preferred Gender: Female
 Experience Required: 0- 2 years
 Reports To: Manager – Franchise Development
Qualification & Skills Required Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector.
Strong understanding of franchise operations, F&B business models, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and close sales independently.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities


          Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential franchise investors through social media marketing (META boosting), online platforms, and other lead sources.
Maintain and update the database of leads systematically.


Tele-calling & Conversion
Initiate contact with prospective investors, present the Juice Factory franchise opportunity, and engage them through effective communication.
Handle inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed franchise deals.


Franchise Proposal & Documentation
Prepare and present comprehensive franchise proposals, business models, and investment details to interested candidates.
Assist in preparing project-site survey reports, feasibility studies, and other supporting documents.


Investor Relations & Meetings
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospective investors.
Provide consistent support and communication to maintain investor interest throughout the decision-making process.


Project Coordination


Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new franchise partners and overseeing ongoing projects.
Ensure smooth execution of franchise agreements and timely updates to management.


Team Support & Training


Support the Franchise Development Manager in strategic initiatives and market expansion activities.
Train and mentor new tele-calling team members, helping them understand scripts, CRM systems, and conversion techniques.
