We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right Fire & Industrial Safety courses / Abroad Education programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, admissions support, and maintaining student relationships from enquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about course options, eligibility, career scope, and job opportunities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
Explain course structure, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
Maintain and update student enquiry records and admission data
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and documentation teams
Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission process
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events
Achieve monthly admission targets


Eligibility & Skills:
Graduation or above (Any discipline)
Experience in educational counselling / admissions preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Student-friendly attitude with strong persuasion skills
