Maintain employee evaluation reports and growth plans.
Assist in preparing promotion and increment proposals.
5. Compliance & AdministrationHandle HR documentation (offer letters, NDAs, relieving letters, etc.).
Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws.
Oversee office administration tasks: housekeeping, visitor management, etc.
Maintain confidential employee data and ensure privacy standards.
6. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize skill-development workshops.
Coordinate with external trainers or internal departments.
Maintain training logs and feedback reports.
🧠 Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
1–5 years of proven HR experience (Manufacturing or Fashion industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
