HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Generate and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pools.
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of candidate records for future hiring needs.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans to support organizational growth and workforce requirements.
• Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
