Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, attendance records, employee queries, HR reports, KRAs/KPIs, training coordination, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Requirement:
Candidate should preferably have experience in the diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, textile, automobile, or industrial sector. Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS, MIS reporting, HR documentation, and employee coordination is required.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee coordination
Recruitment and onboarding experience
Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills
HRMS / DMS / LMS system knowledge
Good communication and follow-up skills
KRA/KPI and performance tracking knowledge
Employee grievance handling ability
Documentation and record management
Problem-solving and logical thinking
Ability to work with discipline, accuracy, and responsibility
