• Key Responsibilities
• 1 Statutory Compliance & PayrollManage end-to-end ESIC and PF processes, including registration, monthly contributions, and handling claims.
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and maintain updated registers as per Labor Laws.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate deductions and timely salary disbursement.
• Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary internal policy adjustments.
• 2 Compliance Issue ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for any compliance-related audits or inspections.
• Resolve grievances related to ESIC, PF, or labor disputes efficiently.
• Maintain all documentation required for audits and legal inspections.
• 3 General HR OperationsManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and daily office discipline.
• Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training sessions as needed.
• Handle full and final (F&F) settlements and exit interviews.

Required Skills & QualificationsExpertise in ESIC/PF: Proven experience in handling ESIC portals, generating Challans, and managing compliance documentation.

• Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws (Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.).
• Software Proficiency: Experience with HRMS tools and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience: [2–5 years] of experience in HR operations.
