Position: HR Executive
Company: ICONIC ELECTRIC POWER PVT LTD
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and general HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge or experienced candidates may apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & StaffingPost job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
- Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to joining.
- Employee OnboardingPrepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Complete employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth deployment of employees to their assigned locations.
- Payroll & Attendance ManagementMaintain employee attendance records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Coordinate salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Statutory ComplianceHandle PF, ESIC, Labour Law, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
- HR AdministrationMaintain employee files and HR databases.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Assist in policy implementation and performance management processes.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and payroll processes.
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience0–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- SalaryAs per company standards and candidate experience.
