Job Description:

Ø Ensure co-ordination and updation in following HR Activities wrt:

o  Employee Logistics – LMVs

§ Tracking S/w Monitoring, Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor

§ Contractor Personnel Attendance Status in Shift & co-ordination

§ Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor

§ Vehicle Running Status in Shift & co-ordination

§ Call Basis Vehicle Requirement & confirmation on email

§ Vehicle Inspection Record Updations

§ Vehicle Run Register updation – from log book record

§ Handling emails

o  Employee Logistics – Buses (G Shift & R Shift)

§ Tracking S/w Monitoring, Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor

§ Vehicle Running Status as per Requirement & co-ordination

§ Vehicle Inspection Record Updations

§ Vehicle Run Register updation – from log book record

§ Any Co-ordination

§ Handling emails

o  Contract Labour Records

§ Contractor Record Updation

§ Contract Labour Record Updation

§ Any Co-ordination

§ Handling emails

o  Time Keeping Records

§ Handling emails on specific attendance related queries

o  Receiving Post, Courier etc, Record Updates & Issuals from Gate Office

o  Co-ordination wrt HR & Administrative activities as & when required

o  Any Other

Qualification

Ø Any Graduate

Work Experience

Ø Minimum 2 years in HR/IR/Administration in Industry

Age Group

Ø 22-25 Years

Behavioural Skills

Ø Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel)

Ø Good Communication Skills

Ø Good Interpersonal Skills
