Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate selection.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure employee engagement initiatives are implemented.
  • Performance Management
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employees.
  • Develop performance improvement plans when required.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Monitor employee growth and career development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer salary structures and employee benefits.
  • Assist in compensation reviews and benchmarking.
  • Ensure payroll-related coordination and accuracy.
  • HR Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
  • HR Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare HR metrics and reports.
  • Analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor turnover, retention, and recruitment KPIs.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
