Dermatouch is a fast-growing dermo-cosmetic brand offering dermatologist-tested skincare solutions backed by science and innovation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide essential support across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist management and staff with correspondence, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
Office Coordination: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Document Management: Organize and maintain company files and records (both physical and digital) in compliance with policies.
Meeting & Travel Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and arrange travel for senior executives.
Data Entry & Reporting: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations while ensuring accuracy of data.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services, maintaining proper records of orders and payments.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the office.
Requirements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MS. Office.
Strong organizational, multitasking.
