HR Assistant

Job description:

Department: Human Resources

Location: Naroda , Ahmedabad

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Coordinate with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
• Assist in attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification:

• BBA/MBA with HR or related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience can apply.

Primary Focus: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with exposure to overall HR Operations.
