HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to

meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications

 Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms

 Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals

 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications

 Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

 Perform background and reference checks

 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

 Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

 Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (0–3 years for entry-level; more for

senior roles)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
