Job Description:
As a Senior Architect at RADIANT, you will play a pivotal role in leading architectural projects from concept through construction. You will bring your expertise, design acumen, and leadership skills to the forefront, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
· Collaborate with clients, project managers, and fellow architects to conceptualize and refine design concepts.
· Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
· Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space design projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaise directly with the CEO of the company to manage and execute the design.
The goal is to design practical yet visually pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:

-       Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions for the project assigned and lead the work assigned.
-       Coordination with the Client to understand the requirements and feedback with respect to design & transferring the information to the team for proper execution.
-       Open to travel to site visits twice a week, two sites in each visit.
-       Research new concepts, detailing, and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
-       Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion.
-       Conduct on-site observations for the quality output and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
-       Prepare and participate in client presentations through PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop, etc.
- Coordination with project manager/project engineer /site engineer for timely execution of the project.
-       Responsible for Drafting Plan, Designing, Planning Developing Architectural Plan as per Bye-Laws/Feasibility study of the project
-       External Coordination with various consultants to finalize the working
-       Conduct periodic site inspections (self & with relevant consultants) to review if design requirements are fulfilled and quality standards are met and further issue site inspection reports to avoid any deviation.
-       Manage the project and review the work performance of the juniors as per their assigned roles.

Requirements and skills:

-       Proven minimum 4 years of working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
-       Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selections, custom furniture, and all installations
-       Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
-       Excellent portfolio of previous work
-       Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
-       Excellent communication and presentation skills
-        Project management skills
- Bachelor in interior design or similar
