Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Recovery: 
Make outbound calls to borrowers regarding overdue payments.
Remind customers of payment due dates and encourage prompt repayment.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone when dealing with customers, even in difficult situations.
Record details of calls, interactions, and payment commitments in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the recovery team or legal department.


Loan Sales (Approach):
Call potential customers to explain loan products and benefits.
Generate interest and qualify leads for further processing.
Guide customers through the application process.
Follow up with interested clients to close leads.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and recovery targets.


Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate repayment terms.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and close deals.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial terms.
Familiarity with CRM software and call recording systems.


Qualifications: Minimum 10th, 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, especially in loan recovery or financial services, is preferred.
Proficiency in local language and basic English.


Working Conditions: Full-time, office-based or remote (as per company policy).
Incentives based on performance (recovery and sales targets).
