Job Description
🔹 Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
- Train and mentor team members for better performance
- Regularly monitor and guide Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Track team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Provide support, feedback, and coaching to improve productivity.
🔹 Requirements:Proven experience in sales (preferably in financial services)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
