## About Us

Mumbai Chai and Snacks is a fast-growing food and beverage brand with over 40 operational outlets across Karnataka and emerging markets. Our network currently includes 15 outlets in Mysore, 2 in Bangalore, and 25+ outlets across Tier-3 cities. As we continue our expansion journey, we are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Franchise Expansion Manager to drive franchise growth across key markets.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and onboard franchise partners across target locations.

* Generate and nurture franchise leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and business development activities.

* Present the business model, investment structure, and growth opportunities to prospective franchisees.

* Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from lead generation and initial discussions to agreement signing and handover.

* Conduct market research to identify high-potential expansion opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective investors and business partners.

* Consistently achieve a minimum target of **2 franchise closures per month**.

## Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Expansion, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Demonstrated ability to close high-value business deals.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Willingness to travel extensively as required.

* Experience in F&B, QSR, Retail Expansion, Retail Leasing, or related industries will be preferred.

## Compensation & Incentives

* Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month

* Performance Incentive: ₹25,000 per successful franchise closure

* High earning potential for top performers
