Job Description
Supervise daily boiler operations and ensure smooth running.
Monitor fuel usage, steam generation, and efficiency.
Handle manpower deployment, attendance, and discipline at site.
Guide and train boiler operators, fitters, and helpers.
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and statutory records.
Ensure safety compliance and follow government regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for service and spare parts.
Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on operations and manpower.
Manage inventory of fuel and consumables.
Act as the main contact for site issues and emergencies
