Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Process UK payroll accurately and on time for clients

Handle payroll using Moneysoft Payroll, BrightPay,

Xero Payroll, and similar software

Ensure compliance with UK payroll and taxation regulations

Manage payroll-related submissions including RTI, FPS,

and EPS

Respond to client payroll queries via email independently

and professionally

Prepare payroll summaries and reconciliations using Excel

and Numbers

Requirements :

Strong knowledge of UK payroll and taxation

Proven experience in UK payroll processing

Ability to communicate directly with clients via email

Excellent skills in Excel and Numbers

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
