We are hiring experienced professionals for our ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Bihar.

1. Civil Engineer – ₹25,000/month

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, building construction, and site execution.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing.
• Ability to manage contractors, labour, and site operations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Responsibilities: Manage construction activities, monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, supervise site execution, and ensure timely completion of work.

2. Construction Site Supervisor – ₹15,000/month

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction site supervision.
• Practical knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
• Experience managing labour teams and contractors.
• Ability to monitor daily construction activities.
• Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
• Strong communication and site management skills.

Responsibilities: Supervise daily site work, manage labour, monitor material usage, maintain site discipline, and report construction progress to the civil engineer and management.

Important: Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant construction experience. Freshers are not eligible.
