Field Marketing Executive

Job Objective

To generate new business opportunities through field visits, direct marketing, customer acquisition, relationship building, and lead generation. The executive will identify potential customers, promote the company's products and services, and support the sales team in converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

A. Field Marketing & Lead Generation

• Visit residential communities, commercial establishments, industries, and construction sites.
• Identify potential customers for water treatment and water management solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and local marketing activities.
• Conduct promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

B. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Meet facility managers, maintenance managers, builders, architects, MEP consultants, and purchase managers.
• Introduce company services, including WTP, STP, RO, ETP, operation and maintenance, rainwater harvesting, and solar-powered water systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.

C. Market Research

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Collect competitor information, customer requirements, and market feedback.
• Maintain a database of prospects, contacts, and business opportunities.

D. Sales Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the sales team for site inspections, technical discussions, and quotations.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and lead status.
• Update customer details and follow-up activities in the CRM or company reporting system.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation, customer-meeting, and conversion targets.
