Job Details:
Position: Diploma Trainee
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolhapur (Maharashtra)
Qualification: Diploma – All Technical Trades
Stipend: ₹19,000 per month (including ₹1,500 DBT)
Working Days: 6 Days
Shift: General Shift
Food: Subsidized food facility available during the shift
Additional Benefits:
- 2 weeks initial Stay facilities will be provided for Out station candidates
- 1 Way Travel Ticket Allowance will be given
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
2. Support production, assembly, and process-related activities as per company standards.
3. Perform basic quality checks and maintain production/process records.
4. Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and coordinate with the production and quality teams.
