Employee Engagement Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct stock and asset checks every Wednesday and Saturday (laptops, ID cards, T-shirts, other kits) and keep records updated.
2. Maintain a live tracker of laptops, SIM allocations, and other assets, with employee-wise allocation.
3. Coordinate repairs or replacements for laptop and equipment issues.
4. Collect and reconcile assets at exit, and plan procurement based on stock levels.
5. Prepare joining kits for every new joinee (ID card, T-shirt, and sales or visiting cards for sales roles) before the joining date.
6. Source props, merchandise, and office supplies; negotiate with vendors and close deals at competitive prices.
7. Run the Reward and Recognition (R&R) programme.
8. Manage the weekly Wednesday snacks for all employees across HQ and showrooms.
9. Handle food and projector setups for meetings and events.
10. Plan office decor for festivals and occasions, and visit showrooms regularly to support engagement and asset needs.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred)
2. 0 to 2 years of experience in admin, operations, procurement, or HR support (strong freshers may be considered)
3. Willingness to travel to showrooms and work on Saturdays
