Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in the Collections & Recovery industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance management, and day-to-day HR operations.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
