Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.

- Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.

- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management.

Key Skills Required

- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

- 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
