Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our presence on leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and Myntra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end account operations, product listings, and performance reporting to drive sales and improve visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts on Amazon, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings with complete details (title, description, images, pricing, and specifications).
• Perform listing enhancement and optimization to improve product presentation and conversion rates.
• Implement SEO-optimized content and keywords to improve product ranking and discoverability.
• Prepare and maintain business reports, sales data, and performance dashboards using MS Excel.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and competitor activity to ensure listings remain competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, order, and account-related issues.
• Track key metrics and provide regular performance insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good command of English (written and verbal communication).
• Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
• Knowledge of product listing, SEO, and listing optimization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in e-commerce account management will be preferred.
